public holiday appointments

  • if the salon is open on a public holiday An additional $20 fee will be applied

other important information

  • Cash, credit & debit payments are accepted to settle your remaining balance for the services provided.

  • If the client has an issue with their completed service; not satisfied with the outcome or may have an allergic reaction, a free lash removal will be offered if contact has been made within 24 hours of the appointment. A partial/full refund of the service will be kindly declined.

  • Strictly no guests are to attend the appointment with the client.

DEPOSITS

  • All new appointments are secured by a $50 NON-refundable payment when booking the preferred time slot.

  • Deposits will be honoured if the appointment is rescheduled in advance.

cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee.

  • Clients who fail to show to their appointment or cancel within 12 hours will be charged 100% of their appointment, this is automatically charged to the card on file
